Lifetime Warranty Policy

All Premium Account Holders are eligible for a lifetime warranty on screens, and extended warranty on parts and batteries, unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page, explicitly on the proforma invoice, and/or the product page.

Eligibility for Lifetime and Extended Part Warranty are based on Account Status at time of item purchase.

All other policies in the Standard Warranty Policy apply.

Standard Warranty Policy

Standard members are eligible for a twelve (12) month warranty on all “current market” parts unless otherwise excluded on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page.

Physical damage is not covered by this warranty.

Discontinued items are eligible for a thirty (30) day return based on our Return Policy listed below.

Special order items are not eligible for return unless defective within two (2) days of receiving the order. (All previous, current, and discontinued warranty stipulations apply.)

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated on this warranty page, or explicitly on the product page, may be returned for a replacement only. Buyer is responsible for the shipping the item.  This includes insuring the return.

Return merchandise that is physically damaged in transit will not be eligible for a replacement.

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all warranty replacements.

Company Return Policy is strictly replacement part or store credit only: NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.  

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Parameters 

  • All Buyers: All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a full replacement only.  Item(s) must be in original condition. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. Inspection of returned merchandise is required for replacement or credit.
  • Premium Account Only:  All defective current model screens, with no physical damage or unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a full replacement.  All Small Parts carry a one-year replacement warranty.  All Batteries carry a six (6) month replacement warranty. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. Inspection required for replacement or credit.

Order Discrepancies

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy or shipping damage within two (2) days from the date of order received.  A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) may be required.  Inspection required for replacement or credit.
